SURFACE TREATMENT ON ALUMINUM AND ITS ALLOYS.
MAXIMUM PROTECTION AGAINST CORROSION, WEAR AND FRICTION.

  • Increase in surface hardness.

  • Suitable for contact with food according to NSF 51

Hard anodizing with high performance in terms of smoothness. Designed as an anti-friction treatment, it has the viscosity of ptfe combined with the hardness of the hard oxide.

CORROSION RESISTANCE

According to the UNI ISO 9227 or ASTM B117 test method, the resistance to atmospheric corrosion reaches the levels of a hard anodized layer.

THICKNESS

The standard thickness is 40 microns: the growth of Duraflon® is 50% of the total thickness.

COEFFICIENT OF FRICTION

The coefficient of friction is significantly decreased by the PTFE impregnation.

APPLICATIONS

Nautical, marine, automotive, motorcycle, textile, mechanical, electrical, aeronautical, agricultural machinery, packaging machines.
