Electroless nickel-plating process with medium phosphorus content (5-9%)
and high anti-wear performance and surface hardness. The chemical nickel
deposited has advantages in terms of uniformity of thickness and surface
hardness.

 

CORROSION RESISTANCE

Chemical 71® is a chemical nickel coating with a corrosion resistance superior to electrolytic nickel plating and electrolytic zinc plating: once it reaches a thickness of more than 50 microns, it can also be used in environments that are severe from a corrosive point of view.

HARDNESS

The Chemical 71® is chosen because it presents as well as deposited without additional heat treatment, a hardness of 650 Hv and. Its lamellar morphology gives a particular smooth and shiny surface.
