Hard anodizing without dimensional and roughness alteration . The process allows to achieve smoothness, porosity and chemical resistance clearly superior to any type of anodizing process.
The corrosion resistance of the Duralti ceramic layer reaches high levels in both neutral and acetic salt spray tests. Thanks to the low porosity and compactness of the oxide layer, excellent chemical resistance properties against acid alkaline agents are achieved.
The great strength of Duralti® lies precisely in its layer which, unlike the hard thick anodizing treatment, is in complete surface conversion. Problems related to tight tolerances are fixed without dimensional changes.
Duralti® will be all the more compact and homogeneous the more the surface where it grows is planar (optimal in the case of mirror polished surfaces). Duralti® is very resistant to wear despite having less thickness than traditional hard anodizing.
