Other informations
THICKNESS

The Cerakote coating features a low film thickness (15-25 microns), making it suitable even for components with tight tolerances. Upon request, higher thickness can be achieved by applying multiple coats.

APPLICABLE MATERIALS

It can be applied to a wide range of substrates, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals, alloys, polymers, composites, and more.

TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE

Components treated with Cerakote ceramic coating can withstand temperatures up to 950°C. The coating is widely used for automotive and motorcycle exhaust systems.

CORROSION RESISTANCE

Testing performed on Cerakote-coated components has demonstrated high corrosion resistance (up to 4,000 hours in salt spray testing). This performance makes the coating particularly suitable for highly aggressive environments such as marine applications.

APPLICATIONS

Marine, nautical, automotive, mechanical, aerospace, pneumatics, furniture, fitness, 3D printing, Oil & Gas, equestrian, fishing, karting.
