ELECTROLESS NICKEL SURFACE COATING WITH VERY HIGH PROTECTION AGAINST FRICTION AND WEAR ON ALUMINIUM, STEEL, IRON, BRASS AND BRONZE

Resistant to acidic and alkaline chemical products
Improved non-stick properties
Increased corrosion resistance
Electrical resistivity: 50–100 µΩ·cm
Over 1000 hours in salt spray test with thicknesses above 50 µm
In compliance with ASTM B733 standard

Nickel-phosphorus electroless nickel matrix combined with PTFE. In addition to increasing corrosion resistance, it reduces the coefficient of friction thanks to improved surface smoothness.
