L’Anoplate® è un processo di anodizzazione che concepisce una trasformazione della superficie dell’alluminio per via elettrolitica. Nato per esigenze architettoniche,l’Anoplate® trova oggi le più svariate applicazioni.

 

L’Anoplate® può essere colorato con differenti pigmenti a seconda delle esigenze estetiche e può essere abbinato con numerose preparazioni superficiali, sia chimiche che meccaniche Conforme alle norme UNI 4522-66 e MIL A 8625 F, l’Anoplate® è idoneo al contatto con gli alimenti (NSF 51) nella sua versione incolore.

THICKNESS

The thicknesses are in function of the final purpose. For parts where use is expected in closed environments the 10 micron layer is sufficient. For parts subjected to corrosive or external enviroment a 20 micron layer is recommended.

ALLOY CHOICE

2000, 5000, 6000, 7000 series alloys can be treated with excellent results. To guarantee the esthetical uniformity of the treatment, it is necessary to realize all parts of a batch with the same base alloy.

NSF - FOOD CONTACT

In accordance with the NSF 51 standards, the Anoplate® , being a ceramic layer, can be used if the material has to be used into pharmaceutical and food products machines.
