Hibrid-hard anodizing is a  process that guarantees good hardness and anti-wear performance with no chromatic or roughness changes, typical of  a standard hard anodizing.

CORROSION RESISTANCE

The oxide layer created is well resistant to all solutions whITH pH  between 4 and 9.5. The resistance in neutral salt spray test exceeds 500-550 hours.

THICKNESS

HardGrey is formed with great regularity following the course of the surface. The layer behaves as a conversion for its 50% of thickness and half as a growing. The standard thickness is 20 microns.

COEFFICIENT OF FRICTION

HardGrey has a low friction coefficient and a low alteration of the initial roughness of the piece.
